DokanXpress-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম! এই শর্তাবলি ও নীতিমালা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ও সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার নিয়মাবলি ব্যাখ্যা করে। আপনি আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করলে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলি মেনে নিতে সম্মত হন।
১. সংজ্ঞা
- “প্ল্যাটফর্ম” বলতে DokanXpress-এর ওয়েবসাইট ও মোবাইল অ্যাপ বোঝায়।
- “ব্যবহারকারী” বলতে যেকোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান বোঝায় যারা প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রবেশ বা ব্যবহার করছেন।
- “বিক্রেতা” বলতে বোঝানো হয় সেই ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান যারা DokanXpress-এর মাধ্যমে পণ্য বিক্রি করেন।
- “আমরা”, “আমাদের”, বা “DokanXpress” বলতে আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানকে বোঝানো হয়েছে।
২. শর্তাবলি গ্রহণ
আপনি DokanXpress-এ নিবন্ধন করলে বা ব্যবহার করলে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলি ও আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা মেনে নিতে সম্মত হন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলি মেনে নিতে অনিচ্ছুক হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।
৩. প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের নিয়ম
- প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।
- আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে ঘটে যাওয়া সব কার্যকলাপের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।
- আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন করলে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে বা স্থায়ীভাবে স্থগিত করতে পারি।
৪. বিক্রেতার দায়িত্ব
- বিক্রেতাকে সঠিক পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য এবং প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
- অর্ডার পূরণ, পণ্য প্রেরণ ও কাস্টমার সার্ভিসের জন্য বিক্রেতা সম্পূর্ণভাবে দায়ী থাকবেন।
- বিক্রয়ের জন্য দেওয়া পণ্য অবশ্যই আইনি এবং অনুমোদিত হতে হবে; নকল বা নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য বিক্রয় করা যাবে না।
৫. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
- ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক ব্যক্তিগত ও পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ব্যবহারকারী প্ল্যাটফর্মে অবৈধ বা অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপে লিপ্ত হতে পারবেন না।
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
৬. পেমেন্ট ও ফি
- পেমেন্ট নিরাপদ তৃতীয় পক্ষের গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়।
- DokanXpress লেনদেনের উপর নির্দিষ্ট কমিশন বা সার্ভিস চার্জ ধার্য করতে পারে।
- সকল চার্জ ও ফি পরিবর্তনযোগ্য এবং আগাম নোটিশের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
৭. কনটেন্ট ও মেধাস্বত্ব
- প্ল্যাটফর্মের সকল কনটেন্ট (লোগো, লেখা, ছবি) আমাদের বা লাইসেন্সদাতাদের মালিকানাধীন।
- বিক্রেতা তাদের পণ্যের বিবরণ প্রচারের জন্য DokanXpress-কে একটি অ-একচেটিয়া লাইসেন্স প্রদান করেন।
৮. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, আপনি নিচের কোনো কার্যকলাপ করবেন না:
- মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান
- স্বয়ংক্রিয় বট বা স্ক্রিপ্ট ব্যবহার
- ক্ষতিকর বা ভাইরাসযুক্ত কনটেন্ট আপলোড
৯. দায়সারা সীমাবদ্ধতা
DokanXpress দায়ী নয়:
- ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের ফলে কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য
- তৃতীয় পক্ষ বিক্রেতার বিক্রি করা পণ্যের জন্য
- বাহ্যিক কারণে পরিষেবা ব্যাহত হলে
১০. ক্ষতিপূরণ
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, আপনার ব্যবহারের ফলে যদি কোনো দাবি, ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতিপূরণ উত্থাপিত হয়, তাহলে আপনি DokanXpress এবং তার সহযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহকে দায়মুক্ত রাখবেন।
১১. গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা
আপনার তথ্য সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার ও সুরক্ষার বিষয়টি আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালার মাধ্যমে ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।
১২. শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। নতুন শর্তাবলি প্রকাশের পর আপনার প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়াকে আমরা পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলির প্রতি সম্মতি বলে গণ্য করব।
১৩. আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে ঢাকার আদালতের একচ্ছত্র বিচারিক ক্ষমতা থাকবে।
