Chola or boot (ছোলা বুট) is a high-protein food. It is an excellent source of chlorophyll, vitamins (A, B, C, D, K), magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, fiber, fat, copper, manganese, folic acid, fiber and mineral salts.
